Fast service/Same day shipping: Most orders received by 3:00 central time are shipped the same day via UPS for fast, reliable delivery for shipments to the contigious US. Online orders are shipped with just a small $8 flat fee per order. Alaska, Hawaii and some contigious states may incur additional shipping charges on some orders. In such cases, you will be notified prior to shipping your order.
Returns
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unhappy with our products, you may return any unused product within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. Just call us or email to set up a return. In our ongoing commitment to provide quality products, we would appreciate your reason for the return so we can correct any problem.
Note: We can only sell bleaching products to licensed professionals. This includes most bleaching products marked as "take home." We must have a copy of your state dental license.
