Fast, Flat Rate Shipping

Fast service/Same day shipping: Most orders received by 3:00 central time are shipped the same day via UPS or USPS for fast, reliable delivery for shipments to the contiguous US.  Online orders are shipped with just a small $8 flat fee per order.  Alaska, Hawaii and some contiguous states may incur additional shipping charges on some orders.  In such cases, you will be notified prior to shipping your order. 

Closeouts and overstock items are non-refundable.  

Note: We can only sell bleaching products to licensed professionals. This includes most bleaching products marked as "take home". We must have a copy of your license on file before we can ship any orders for these products. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Special order item restocking fee may apply on some items.

Returns

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unhappy with our products, you may return any unused product within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. Just call us or email to set up a return. In our ongoing commitment to provide quality products, we would appreciate your reason for the return so we can correct any problem.  Closeouts and overstock items are non-refundable.
